How to Use the LoL Model Viewer

1. Pick a champion: its page opens with the default skin.
2. Press View in 3D. The model loads in a few seconds (about 1 MB).
3. Choose a skin, then a chroma. Drag to turn the model, scroll or pinch to zoom, and press Turn for a turntable.
4. Save picture keeps a PNG of the view, for a wallpaper or a post.

Every Champion, Skin and Chroma in 3D

The viewer shows 173 champions, 2,127 skins and 7,075 chromas from patch 26.20. Each skin is the in-game model with its own textures; each chroma is the same model with the chroma's colours. The models stand in their base pose: animations, dances and spell effects are not part of it.

Preview a Skin Before You Buy It

Turning a skin in 3D shows what the splash art does not: the back of the outfit, the weapon and how the colours of each chroma look on the model. With a skin in mind, check its price and whether it is on sale this week in the LoL skins database and the weekly skin sale.

Why a Model Looks Different in the Game

In a game the camera looks down from far away, the map's light and shadows fall on the model, and spell effects and particles play around it. The viewer shows the model close up under plain studio light, so colours can look brighter and details sharper than in a match.

Can You Download League of Legends 3D Models?

No. The models belong to Riot Games, and its terms do not allow copying or sharing the game's files outside what its fan content policy allows. The viewer shows the models but offers no file to download; Save picture keeps a screenshot of the view.

Where the Models Come From

The meshes and textures come from the game files CommunityDragon publishes for every patch, read straight into your browser. The list of skins and chromas is updated after each patch that adds skins.
